We have already found the first piece of the dress from the Ramadan Campaign and now the second one got revealed. If you click the 7th Gondola in the campaign which you can find here:

In order to find the second piece..log in to stardoll and now go here:

As you see in the photo below the second piece is located at the right side of the starplaza window.

Find it and click it.
